Eco-Friendly and Self Financing

The estate is eco-friendly and almost completely autonomous in terms of supply.

Today it receives electricity from the outside (but the entire electrical distribution was buried to avoid having pylons - over 4 km of underground cables), but it is already prepared for becoming energy-independent with just the installation of solar panels.

Water comes from wells and from the recovery of rain water. There is a built in system to fill the resort’s tanks by using the upper villa's capacity when it exceeds normal consumption.

The estate is self-financing. The resort is in fact used as a luxury vacation rentals providing net proceeds above the cost of maintaining the entire complex.

The Resort is located less than 12 km from the sea and less than 20 km from Olbia International Airport; Porto Rotondo and  Porto Cervo are less than 20 km away and the new polo field of Costa Smeralda is 5 km away.

In the beautiful village of San Pantaleo, famous for its open-air market, the resort was built by the current owners in 2003 from scratch.

Maximum attention was paid to the care and respect of the natural environment and to the pursuit of the owners' interests in nature, the outdoors and sports.

The resort was conceived with all the facilities and comforts necessary to:

• have sufficient rooms to accommodate family, friends and guests but maintain the possibility for each and all to enjoy their privacy;
• have a relaxing and very private environment with amenities such as the spa, dozens of footpaths and panoramic views to rest, read or meditate;
• practice various sports: riding, tennis, swimming, walking or climbing.

Resort Accommodations

The Resort comprises the following buildings:

• the "Farm House" includes a powder-room, living room, dining room, kitchen, three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a patio;
• the "Guest House" is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a private spa and a sitting room;
• the "Barn"
  • east and west duplex flats each with two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (upper floors), living room, kitchen and dining area (ground floor), guest washroom and covered patio;
  • north and south upper floor studios each with private bathroom and kitchen. There is a central laundry and a gym overlooking the garden and the biological pond.
• the Stables which can accommodate up to 10 horses, a riding school and paddock;

The resort is embellished by the swimming pool with a very pleasant teak sundeck and the biological pond which can be transformed into a second very large pool.

For those who wish to stay connected with the outside world, the resort is equipped with wireless internet, VOIP telecommunication system and satellite TV in each building (one per each of the 6 separate apartments).

There is a building permit for additional 304 SQM not yet built.
