An Eco-Friendly Country Resort

Sardinia is truly unique. The northern part of the island is one of the most beautiful natural areas, with white sandy beaches, natural reserves and incredible views. Sardinia is one of the most visited regions in Italy. In August it is a destination for the international jet set as the sea is absolutely amazing.

This estate consists of an upper villa and the resort. In total over 41 hectares of unspoiled land 25 minutes off from Olbia International Airport. The two properties are completely autonomous from every point of view and are invisible to one another, only sharing the common main gate access.

The property was conceived and built between 2002 and 2008 by the current owner who has created it with the care we use for the things we keep for ourselves. The owner is open to sell the resort, the villa or the entire estate.
